Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting HR generalist duties for the KONI North America site including employee relations, attendance, employee engagement etc. This position is based in Hebron, KY.


Essential Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. org changes, employee record updates etc.)
  • Peform routine tasks required to administer and execute various HR activities including, compensation, leave, disciplinary actions, disputes and investigations, talent management, training and development
  • Revise and Enforce company policies and practices for new hires and current employees
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. headcount and absenteeism)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist with tracking attendance for hourly workforce
  • Process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize onsite engagement events)

Position Requirements:

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience in a entry level HR position or relevant role
  • Bachelor in Human Resources preferred
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
