Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a HR Generalist to support our Human Resources Department in Doylestown, PA. This is a full time position, 40 hr/week.

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.

Responsibilities include working in a team environment, full-cycle recruiting - managing job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks, assisting in new employee orientation, preparing and maintaining employee files, managing clearances/licensure renewaland employee trainings and special projects, including some Generalist responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 2 years of HR experience required; healthcare experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required.
• Exceptional technology skills including Lawson, Indeed, Microsoft Office products preferred
