There is a new opening for an HR Generalist at a 25+ bed critical access facility in Idaho. With 100+ medical professionals working there, this hospital is well known for their high quality patient care, as well as their dedication to the community and their safety at heart.
The HR Generalist will assist the Director of Human Resources in all efforts for the facility including onboarding new employees, serving as the document control coordinator, and sometimes be expected ot provide backup for services for the payroll specialist, and Executive Assistant. Under the direction of the Director, the HR Generalist may be in place of Administrative overseer in hospital committee. This includes the Patient Safety Team, Quality Improvement, and HIPAA. HR planning, training, and leadership goals are developed by the Director themselves.
Responsibilities of HR Generalist may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting HR in all planning initiatives
- On boarding new employees (benefits, etc.)
- Scheduling Interviews with Physician Leadership teams
- Acting as backup for the Executive Assistant, and Administration
- Control documents through document management software
- Encourages staff attendance in all meetings
