World Harvest Church is one of today’s most influential churches, led by statesman, humanitarian and New York Times best-selling author, Pastor Rod Parsley. This ministry with its world-wide platform is affecting every strata of society spiritually, educationally, economically and culturally through the expanse of the Breakthrough television program.

The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and managing all of the organization’s HR functions.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement HR plans, policies, and programs for the organization; serve as the primary HR Partner to management in the communication and execution of HR policies, procedures, practices and programs in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop, implement and manage a talent acquisition strategy ensuring effective methods for sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating qualified job candidates; oversees effectiveness of new hire onboarding process.
• Provide advice and counsel to leaders and managers on employee relations issues.
• Ensure continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department’s administrative processes and procedures.
• Oversee the planning and administration of benefits and compensation programs. Regularly assess the competitiveness of benefits and compensation plans.
• Maintain responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all HR matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of human resources experience; previous experience in faith-based and/or non-profit organizations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Human Resources experience.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Customer service orientation and high standards for excellence.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong critical evaluation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
