We are looking for a senior Human Resourses Business Partner (HRBP) who will be responsible for implementing Ria HR policies, practices, and initiatives, in coordination with the local leadership and management teams. He/she will work with the BU managers to understand their business plans in order to align HR activities to support, enhance, and improve them. He/she will participate in the Digital business planning process and determine how HR can support it, in accordance with the Corporate practices and policies, such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, career path, and succession planning.
What You'll Do:
- Advise department heads on various topics: provide day to day guidance for Human Resources practices such as performance management, employee relations, career development, talent management (including internal mobility and succession planning), job leveling, compensation, benefits and training. Will also be responsible for partnering with the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment efforts and processes are being adhered to and fulfilling the needs of the business.
- Employee relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal team (including external counsel) as needed/required.
- Recruitment: Strongly support the TA team, including active participation in efforts and processes including providing recommendations for continual improvement and enhancement. Provide guidance for detection, attraction and assessment of candidates. Follow up of TA processes abroad in coordination with local HR teams and support when needed. Actively participate to onboarding sessions to ensure new joiners are warmly welcomed to the company and have all necessary tools and contacts to start working in good conditions.
- Talent retention and development: Assist Digital managers in the completion of the process and advise on the best ways to evaluate collaborators and provide constructive feedback. Put in place the required action plans to address areas of improvement identified during the process. These efforts will include managing and monitoring succession planning efforts for Ria Digital.
- Exit interviews: Complete, analyze and disseminate exit interviews to appropriate manager/senior leaders conducted in the BU to detect challenges and make necessary improvements to retain talent.
- Employee engagement: Lead efforts to understand the of employee engagement to create plans and strategies to enhance existing levels of employee morale, increase productivity and improve retention. Efforts should be continuous in nature; not once a year exercise. Partnership with senior leadership and managers is critical to ensure feedback is acted upon in a timely and responsible manner.

- Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s degree would be a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a generalist, preferably in fast paced industry, with high level of activity and not strict structure.
- A previous experience in a specific area (employee relations, recruitment, learning & development and compensation & benefits) would be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
