About Position:

Cogir at The Quarry Senior Living is a luxury retirement community in Vancouver, WA which offers a continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Parkinson's Care, Enhanced Care, and Memory Care. We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team.

General Resposibilities:

• Ability to quickly solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and have a positive attitude
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to work well within a team and effectively with managers and other employees
• The desire and ability to have fun at work
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Learn to use chemicals properly and in accordance with Medical Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Learn to use washer and dryer machines according to Cogir policy and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience working with seniors, preferably in an Assisted Living and Memory Care environment
• Availability including weekends and holidays
• Be passionate and energetic about helping seniors
• Current CPR and First Aid certification desired; If not certified, will be required to obtain the certifications within 30 days of hire

PAY: $15.74 to $17.00 hourly - Depending on Experience and Longevity.
