Job Summary:
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.

• Accept and record wake-up call request
• Adhere to all cashiering procedures
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery)
• Confirm reservation in the system and review all noted information
• For guests without a reservation, sell a room type agreed upon
• Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports
• Meet with Supervisor to review daily assignments and priorities
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
• Obtain designated bank and ensure the accuracy of contracted monies
• Process all guest check-ins and check-outs
• Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Run closing reports
• Other tasks assigned

• Opening: Weekends from 7 AM to 3 PM

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a hotel Front Desk Attendant is highly desirable
• Work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, and holidays, weather conditions
• Must have the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift
• Must show up for all company-required meetings and scheduled shifts on time
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
