Position Description:
The Home Healthcare Admissions Coordinator is expected to support the mission, vision, and values of Olathe Medical Center, Inc. The major role of this position is to work collaboratively with all referral sources for the agency in providing transfer of patient care from any setting to the home-based services the agency provides.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
Experience:
3-5 years Home Care industry experience required
Knowledge, Skills:
Computer Systems, Organizational, Verbal Communication, Analytical, and Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize required
Licensure/certifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in accordance with the Kansas Nurse Licensure Compact required upon hire
Healthcare Provider CPR – (American Heart Association or American Red Cross ONLY) required within 7 days from date of hire
