Your Responsibilities:

• Researching and devloping relationships within the senior care/health care community and producing referrals.
• Perform all the duties of the consultative sales process.
• Achieve lead generation objectives with the goal of bringing in new business and increase overall market share. Target accounts include hospitals, assisted living facilities, Independant living facilities, rehabilitation centers, Hospice and Home Health agencies, etc
• Effectively present Home Instead services in 1:1 meetings as well as planning and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified referral providers
