GTS Transportation is a fast growing fleet company with many opportunities to advancing in the future. We are looking to expand in next couple years with large Maintenance Shop, Parts Dealership, Truck Sales and Leasing Facility. Salary
$24.00 - $40.00 Per Hr. (Depending on Experience, Training / Certifications).

Duties Include

• Perform DOT inspections & Report suggested repairs.
• Diagnose Engine, Trans, HVAC, SCR and Chassis faults and repairs.
• Perform PM Services, Alignments as well as Misc. Repairs
• Communicate with service adviser keeping time expectations in line.
• Communicate with parts department on parts and supplies needed to complete repairs.
• Communicate anticipated repairs due to broken bolts, gasket seepage & corrosion.
• Light building-property maintenance
• Able to do visual checks of equipment on daily lot checks
• Cleaning and repairing trucks to reseat for new drivers

Qualifications

• Experience with minor building maintenance
• Computer literate / familiar with diagnostic software (JPRO/Cummins/Bendix/Detroit).
• Diesel Engine / SCR-DEF repair experience, JPRO experience
• Ability to perform DOT inspections on Trucks and Trailers
• ASE Certifications (preferred)
• Freightliner /Detroit / Volvo / Paccar experience.
• Experience with HVAC repair, refrigerant evacuation, and recharge.
• Ability to communicate and organize repairs efficiently.
• TMT software experience preferred. But will train if needed
• Able to communicate on paper / software effectively. (preferred)
• US work authorization (Preferred)
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to pull trucks and trailers in and out of shop
• Trailer body experience a plus but not required
• Must be able to provide your own hand tools and toolbox, company will provide major necessary tools and equipment
• Familiar with DOT guidelines on fleet equipment
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen
