Heritage Park Ranger (Hourly/Non-Benefited) Job at City of Santa Fe Springs
BACKGROUND
The City of Santa Fe Springs seeks applicants for the position of Heritage Park Ranger. This is an hourly, non-benefited, at-will position. Applicants must be available to work approximately 20 -25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Heritage Park Rangers are required to wear a City-provided uniform and must be able to work sixteen (16) hour shifts and/or work over night shifts for special event preparation or park security.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or an equivalent certificate or diploma recognized by the State of California.
- One (1) year experience interacting with the public.
- A valid State of California driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of employment.
