We are seeking a driven Heavy Truck Mechanic- 1st Shift for our growing Materials team in York, PA. A successful candidate should possess basic mechanical knowledge and have a willingness to learn. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Preventative maintenance, PA inspections, and essential truck repair such as brakes, oil changes, chassis repairs
• Running diagnostic tests and analyzing results
• Perform and document routinely scheduled maintenance activities
• Practices safe work habits
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic mechanical knowledge
• CDL license required
• Class 3 inspection license required
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work independently
• Must be willing to learn
