Guest Specialist Job at Bayley Vacation Rentals
We are seeking an enthusiastic guest specialist to join our locally-owned luxury vacation rental agency. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for booking and maintaining communication with our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their experience runs smoothly. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and be available to check them into their vacation rental properties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by answering their questions, providing recommendations for local activities, and addressing any issues that arise during their stay.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Inspection of properties during the summer season
- Answer phone calls and emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance and cleaning services for the rental properties.
- Curate and maintain property specific guidebooks (house manual)
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DURING JUNE 1st - SEPTEMBER 1st
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with reservation management software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
