Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre-Scranton Airport Hotel in Pittston (Avoca) is now accepting applications for Guest Services Agents / Front Desk Representative to provide prompt and efficient check-in and check-out for our guests and promotes customer service through a working knowledge of all hospitality services.
He or she ensures guest satisfaction by acting as the main point-of-contact for all guest requirements and requests throughout the period of stay.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of previous hotel/hospitality or customer service experience.
Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
Shifts including: 3p-11p, 7a-3p
Weekends/holidays are a requirement
