Grocery Manager Responsibilities:
- Will Oversee the operations of grocery, home goods, snacks, and bottled beverages
- Responsible for Daily operation, maintenance, and quality of products
- Strong analytical capabilities including budgeting and financial acumen
- Ability to motivate and drive performance throughout the team
- Manage and be accountable for food, beverage, and labor cost,
- Ensure compliance at all levels, Federal, State and Local
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving through the ability to diagnose and develop solutions
- Oversee all Scheduling, Ordering, Training, and Development
- Lead by example
- Maintain a healthy and happy work environment
Grocery Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in multi-venue management experience at a senior level
- Proficient in Food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and security
- Proficient in large-scale production and event planning is a plus
- Strong analytical capabilities including budgeting and financial acumen
- Bachelor' s degree required
