Position Title: Greeter

Primary Objective of Position:

District is looking for a team that enjoys working in a fast paced and fun environment. We are looking for Greeters who have stellar personalities, understand that the guest is the most important person, and ensure guests receive an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service while being attentive to the guests? needs.

Essential Functions:

Your responsibilities would include the following:

• Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.

• Is knowledgeable about the food/beverage menu and all our facilities offerings and can accurately answer all questions in a friendly manner.

• Speaks to guests with enthusiasm.

• Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.

• Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience.

• Practices the safe service of alcohol

• Always maintains a professional appearance.

• Communicates with team to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Can work in a high-pressure environment.

• Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.

• Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.

• Performs duties as assigned.

• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.

• Does side work during non-busy hours.

• Prepares work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards

• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualification Standards:

• Ability to operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of each shift.

• Reaches, bends, stoops, stands and walks for long periods of time frequently.

• Able to lift as much as 35lbs.

• Ability to read and write English.

• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests.
