We are a nationally known, rapidly growing perennial plant nursery looking for individuals interested in learning about plant care in a dynamic greenhouse environment in our Creek Hill road, Leola location.
No prior experience needed, just a desire to grow. Creek Hill Nursery's strength is in our rare culture, a dedicated group of plant geeks. The work is fresh and educating every day and with our rapid growth comes an opportunity to advance and make a career of horticulture.
This full time entry level position will place candidates in a varied greenhouse setting with the primarily responsibility of picking plants for weekly shipping, cutting/sticking production and maintenance of plant trays in our greenhouses. The position also comes with rotational weekend watering once the candidate has been properly trained.
The position comes with a robust benefits package including health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation which increases to 3 weeks at 5 years and 4 weeks at 10 years, sick time and paid holidays. Monday - Friday with occasional weekend hours.
Pay: $12 / hour to start with a 60 day review increase up to $13
