We are seeking an experienced graphic designer/video editor to join our marketing team. You will be designing a wide variety of marketing assets across multiple digital platforms. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, bring excellent video editing skills to the team, and show superior attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to graphics for social media, website, and marketing outreach as well as the creation and editing of videos and photos.

This is an in-office, full-time position. (Palm Harbor, FL)

$45,000 yearly

• UX design experience preferred
• In-office video studio software and hardware management
• Responsible for all aspects of video production (recording, lighting, and postproduction included)
• Create and design various materials for digital and print
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing team on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, event presentations, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within an established brand identity
• Video and audio editing (postproduction)
• Repurpose current video and audio for social media
• Manage YouTube channel

• Three or more years of experience in professional digital marketing/ social media design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to continue building a skill set with education and training
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Positive outlook and team player
• Ability to coordinate data coming from various sources
