We're looking for someone to join our team as a Grants Specialist who:

Supports grants and other fundraising professional(s) to ensure appropriate record-keeping and database of all grant makers and grants (both grants applied for and grants received). Assists with monitoring grant-funded programs. Communicates with granting agencies, tracks the status of requests and submits evaluation reports to contributors.

Essential Functions:

• Works with finance officer and staff to ensure record keeping. Researches and prints grant applications and other materials, as needed.
• Monitors and files paperwork connected with grant-funded programs. Ensures reports filed in a timely manner.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Work Experience:

• Five year's grant writing or related experience: Preferred
• Microsoft Excel: Preferred

The estimated base pay for this position is $23.33 to $31.68. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
