Job details :
8+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud
- Create High Level Designs, work flow creation; API Integration, IVR Call information Pop-up on Agent Screen, Integration with Salesforce
- Build and implement the new cloud based solution ;
- Design the new solution.
- Good team player/Leader
- Should work with client on requirements and pass on to offshore.(onshore-offshore model)
- Should have good written/oral communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120.00 - $130.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
