- 7:30 am-4pm
- Salary Range - $17-$20

General Laborer duties include:
- Perform but not limited to: cutting grass, weed trimming, cleaning up around the property, trash removal from common areas and units, and helping team members as needed.
- Ensure completion of work orders according to scheduling demands and work requested
- Assists Field Maintenance Technicians and other Field Employees as assigned. This may include jobs such as demolition or general maintenance.
- Cleans and prepares specific areas of the job site as assigned. This may include cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash; or removing hazardous materials.
- Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass an MVR check
- Must have a smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
- Must have your own tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
