What You’ll Do

• The Gate Clerk is responsible for The Ingate/Outgate check-in for each driver, tractor, trailer and containers in/out of the yard using an electronic handheld device.
• Communicate with drivers, spotters and other personnel
• Organize and control the truck lineup
• Ensure the storage charges are collected
• Operate desktop computers, handheld devices and other electronics
• Understand basic software and safety apps.
• Remain compliant with client policies and rules and understanding of violation repercussions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the transportation or Warehousing industry
• Able to work within Microsoft Excel an/or Google Sheets
• Ability to work well under pressure and requiring minimal supervision
• Demonstrates a professional attitude at all times
• Preferably bilingual but not required

Shift Work (12-hour shifts)

• 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Rotating Weekdays & Weekends
