Hello, We are looking to hire a functional Analyst for our Retail public website. In this role, you will play an integral role in ensuring the seamless delivery of digital experiences and enabling the underlying technology platforms that support them. You will be charged with gathering and defining requirements for user-centered design solutions and translating concepts into technical and business requirements. Working closely between strategy, operations, and development, you will document the underlying workflows, processes, and integrations and work to ensure successful delivery. Additionally, pay will be $50-$60/hr based upon experience and the role does include benefits. This is a contract to hire position. Responsibilities

1. Support roll out of new technologies and infrastructure to enable implementation of key
functional enhancements to the Retail Public Site user experience. Work within the organization
to ensure communication and adherence to success patterns.
2. Support Retail Public Site product teams to ensure documentation of requirements aligning to
quality control, risks, compliance, accessibility, and external dependencies are met.
3. Coordinate with data and measurement analysts for data needs and tracking user experience
outcomes. Monitor and maintain analytics dashboards.
4. Work with the Retail Public Site pillar and delivery management team to support ongoing
optimization of delivery success patterns.

5. May be required to support teams with translation of user-defined capabilities into
system/product requirements. Works with experienced technology specialists and product
owners to understand marketing needs and client expectations.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties.
