Responsibilites of the Pediatric Anesthesiologist
- W2/1099; 8-week PTO

- 26 ORs + 2 OBs | 531 beds | L2 Trauma
- Starts 7 am to 5 pm and/or 7 am-7 pm/9 pm
- 10s, 12s, 24s available
- 4,113 births/year
- 16,989 cases | general, ortho, urology, | hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds |+ OB (100 deliveries a month)
- Call 1 or 2x a week/Post call off
- MDs work their own cases with collaborative approach to CRNAs
- CRNAs work independently, doing their own cases

New Anesthesiologist Compensation
- $475,000 base salary
- $50k bonus at commencement and $35k on the 1st and 2nd anniversary respectively, each tranche requires 1 year of service.
