We are hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at the Everett, WA Pay station!

AllianceOne is one of the largest receivables management organizations in North America with over 2000 employees across multiple locations in the United States, Canada and Jamaica. We work with a diverse client base, including retail, financial, healthcare, and telecommunications firms.

Required Availability: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Weekends Off!

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00

Essential Functions:

• Greet and assist consumers in a pleasant and professional manner
• Assisting consumers with making payments on accounts and helping answer any questions
• Verifying and balancing cash reports and running end of day reports
• Handling and safekeeping of all money received
• Keeping area tidy and light cleaning of the office
• Other functions and responsibilities as required
• Assist other departments when needed

Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Collections and or customer service experience preferred!
• Ability to complete and pass FDCPA
• Moderate level typing and data entry skills
• Ability to maintain regular attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks
• Be a team player
• Must have reliable transportation
