Custos Security, LLC is a small family run security consulting firm in the Little Rock area offering armed security officers. We are looking to expand our family part time to fill overlaps in existing contracts, and allow us staff to bid new contracts going forward. The position would allow moving to full time when new contracts are added, and the potential for promotion to supervisor in the future as we expand.

The current contracts are mostly nights and weekends, so availability to work nights and weekends is a must. We are flexible to students, or potentially open to those who just want an additional weekend job.
If candidate does not have a current, valid CSO card, training may be available at company expense.

Strict Requirements:

Must be 21+
No felonies, no class A misdemeanors, including no pending charges

Must have firearms experience and be legally able to own and carry a firearm

Must have night and weekend availability

Ability to pass monthly drug tests

Must have valid AR driver's license, no DUI or DWI convictions or pending charges
Must qualify for Commissioned Security Officer card with Arkansas State Police

An ideal candidate would have:

Current Commissioned Security Officer card
Current Basic Life Saver card

"In demand" industry credentials, such as medical or technical degrees and certification, with the potential for pay to be based off industry average for these credentials. For the purposes of this job listing there is no required specific industry credential beyond security licensing.
