Privately held real estate company in search of a senior staff accountant for its Miami Beach office. Full Charge Bookkeeper/Senior Staff Accountant must have some knowledge of real estate, property accounting, and able to assist in a/p, a/r and related financial analysis for same. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to special projects as assigned, bank reconciliations, accruals, liaison with outside CPA, month-end close, year-end close, 1099, simple and complex journal entries, preparation of quarterly financials, management of various loan financials, communication with tenants and vendors. Self starter with a great attitude. Degree in accounting preferred. YARDI Knowledge Salary DOE up to $65K
