Lunch and Closing Shifts, we are mainly looking for Closing Shift availability at the moment.

General Responsibilities:

Use our CORE 4 model to serve: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say “My Pleasure.”

Demonstrate a positive enriching attitude towards all guests and fellow team members.

Read, understand and comply with all Chick-fil-A requirements and guidelines.

Protect the customer experience by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and providing the highest quality of food at all times of the day.

Continuously strive for personal excellence by growing in the knowledge of Chick-fil-A procedures and products.

Follow leadership instructions and serve other team members.

Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

Learn and master all positions, including but not limited to, order taking, bagging, expediter, etc.

Requirements:

Must be 16+

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

Ability to multitask

Ability to work with a sense of urgency

Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Positive attitude, servant heart, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Treat team & guests with honor, dignity, and respect

Have a coachable spirit & growth mindset

Requirements for Full-Time consideration:

Available to open or close 5 days a week.

Available during peak lunch or dinner time.

Have 40 or more hours of total availability.

Must be 18 years old or out of high school.

Will be scheduled 5-6 days a week for 35-40 hours.

Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
