We are looking for an outgoing and energetic individual who works well in a team and loves to organize and take care of patient needs. You would be responsible for things like:

- greeting and checking patients in and out

- answering the phones

- scheduling patients and doctor meetings

- verifying & filing insurance and logging payments

- collections

- answering emails and sending out records

- cleaning and organizing

- marketing

- assisting in new patient consult
