We are a Fast- growing Office looking for an entry level Receptionist, Joppa, MD
As a receptionist, you will be the representative of our first impressions on phone and in person. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by greeting patient and potential patients.
Job Description
You will be required to professionally answer phone calls in a polite manner and forward calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet patient’s professionally and determine the nature and purpose of visit
- Monitor Schedule for Late patient
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and deliveries.
- Strong Work Ethics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working hours
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must have reliable transportation
