We are looking for a front desk receptionist starting 2-4 days per week. Competitive pay rates of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour!

An immediate part-time position is available in our busy dermatology office for EXPERIENCED DERMATOLOGY PERSONNEL ONLY!

We are seeking someone who is friendly and personable and who possesses impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be a team player who learns quickly and is willing to work hard.

MINIMUM ONE (1) year experience in dermatology or healthcare a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner
• Must have a pleasant demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Dermatology and Cosmetic procedures
• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Collect applicable co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and cosmetic procedure costs
• Verify benefits and inform patients of insurance coverage
• Open and close the office. Run end of day reports. Balance and close out end of day

Requirements:

• Medical receptionist/dermatology experienced required
• Must have at least one year's experience working in a dermatology office
• Strong interest to provide excellent service
• Must be familiar with EMR software such as Nextech (Minimum 1 year a MUST)
• Have a team player attitude, energetic, with outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under stressful environment, assist and support Medical Assistants tasks as needed
