We are seeking a skilled Front Desk/Customer Service Representative to liason between clients and owners/employees for our technology related company. Key tasks will include scheduling, time tracking, general bookkeeping, answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, creating support tickets, basic inventory management, and extensive followup.

This position requires a professional demeanor, active listening, and the ability to recognize and track important details. The position is 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant customer service and some generalized bookkeeping experience in a service based industry. Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus!
