Front Desk Associate Job at Paws and Effect Pet Spa and Resort
We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our fast paced Westlake, Ohio pet resort. This position serves as our guests’ first point of contact and manages all aspects of client needs and communication. If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks
- Schedule pet's for services
- Register clients collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and answer any questions
- Provide information about our resort (rates, services, history, etc.)
- Take payments and understand billing
Skills
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Work experience in the pet industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westlake, OH 44145: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
