Front Desk Associate Job at Green Park Inn
The Historic Green Park Inn (listed on the National Historic Register) in Blowing Rock, NC, is seeking enthusiastic and detail oriented individuals to become part of our growing team as a Front Desk Associate. This is a position for someone looking to settle in with a great company and great co-workers in a position that offers room for advancement. This position is customer facing so excellent people skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality are required. Computer experience and skill required. Hotel software experience a plus but not required. Previous hotel experience also a plus, but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Position includes taking and entering reservations, assigning rooms, checking guests in an out, handling guest inquiries and ensuring other miscellaneous guest needs are met, and performing all other duties as assigned. It's your job to generally ensure that our guests have a great experience on your watch! This position also closely coordinates with all other departments.
