ROLE: Packaging doors and preparing truckloads for shipping

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 3:45pm-12:30am (Plus overtime and occasional Saturdays, depending on workload)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Highly detail orientated and safety conscious.
• Basic knowledge of door construction types and application.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Perform all duties in accordance with our safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Calmly deal with production pressures from multiple departments.
• Watch for any quality control issues and take action to correct them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A motivated, quick problem solver who likes to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Able to read and follow instructions; managing workflow effectively to meet shipping deadlines.
• A positive, willing attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• High impact forklift operation skills including:
  • Extreme confidence in operational abilities
  • Overhead stacking and unstacking of multiple sized units
  • Memorizing and following safe stacking rules.
  • 2 years minimum experience low impact forklift

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Starting wage of $21 per hour (includes a $1.65 shift differential paid for Swing Shift)
