Assists with preparation and service of food using proper food handling and food safety techniques for patients, employees and special events, resulting in foods that taste good, are served at the proper temperature, and in an attractive manner in accordance with established standards. Maintains a clean and safe working environment in accordance with established standards. Other duties include: Taking out the trash, Ensuring the availability of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware, delivering food to the patient floors, restock items, clean appliances and machines. sweeping and mopping floors. Document temperature readings of the dish machine during each shift.
Qualifications:
Food Handlers permit if required per state regulations.
