HIGHLIGHTS

• The Production Operator works on a 3 or 4 member team to operate a food spray dryer and produce food powders.
• Starting pay works as follows:
• $20 with 1 year of machine operation experience
• $22 with 3+ years of machine operation experience
• Night shift pays a $.80 per hour premium
• We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
• Overnight shift works 530 PM to 600 AM
• Scheduling is done on 3/2 plan - work 2 days, then off 2, then work 3, then off 2, work 2, off 3; work every other weekend - work a total of 7 days every 2 weeks, giving you 7 days off every 2 weeks
• Some OT is available, your choice, not required
• Must be able to lift 55 lb bags of powder.
• This is not a “pick and pack” operation. This is not an assembly line. This is large and heavy industrial machinery that runs 24/7. It does not shut down.
• We are in the food business – sanitation, cleanliness, and attention to detail are of utmost importance.
• Minimum 5 years of FT work experience - any work experience is OK
• Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience - any industry OK
• Must have own reliable transportation to Burnsville

COMPENSATION

This full-time position offers a starting wage of $20+ per hour (depends on prior experience and skills). Night shift pays $.80 per hour premium.
