As a flooring installer, you will participate in a small crew within the carpentry team. We are fighting to be the best in the world at what we do. The only way we can do that is by employing the very best talent.

This position will participate in all flooring installation including mostly commercial carpets, As part of the team, not only you will participate in different pieces of training but also will be provided with all the tools and safety elements needed and you will learn about the best flooring techniques.

This position will be performed mostly at our new site in Oakdale, Woodbury, starting in January. Prior to that, candidates will be working at our site in Lexington, Circle Pines, and must be willing to commute for those months.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6.50 am to 3:30 pm

• Commercial carpets and vinyl plank installation
• To be successful, you should have both strong technical skills and be strongly aligned with our purpose and values

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience installing commercial carpets and vinyl plank
• Knowledge in subflooring and repair process
• Ability to work independently
• Must be detail oriented, problem solving abilities
• Must have good understanding of construction methods
