Exciting Challenges
Broad Function and Purpose of Position:
Manage, coordinate and monitor all aspects of fleet administration
Specific Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
Manage company car fleet operations and scheduling to ensure the availability of vehicles as needed.
Recommends and administers policies and procedures governing the operation, maintenance, servicing, storage, leasing, and disposal of vehicles.
Review vehicle specifications and make recommendations based on business needs and overall costs of vehicle.
Approves and coordinates facilities utilized for repairing, servicing, and transporting motor vehicles.
Reviews and processes Rental and Maintenance invoices for accuracy.
Maintains the fleet database to keep an accurate register of vehicles and drivers for Sika and its subsidiaries.
Assist drivers with purchase, Fair Market Value, repair and maintenance of vehicles on an as needed basis.
Insurance:
Obtain and verify accuracy of Auto ID cards for the Fleet annually and as needed.
Acts as a liaison between the fleet drivers and the broker/carrier to ascertain accidents are reported and reimbursed according to the policy.
Maintains and obtains Certificates of Insurance annually and as requested.
Administration:
Participate in special projects and assignments as required.
We Need Your Skills
- Associates degree or 3 – 5 years related experience in fleet administration
- Excellent Word, Excel and Access skills
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to be flexible and interact successfully with a variety of individuals is essential.
