The Town of Mansfield Parks and Recreation Department is seeking fitness assistants!
As an assistant, what will I be doing?
Duties include but are not limited to: provide orientations and health education information to members as directed, support Community Center/Fitness Area marketing, customer service and program services, maintain a clean and safe environment, perform administrative duties as needed, provide excellent customer services, and provide opening and closing duties as necessary.
What are the requirements?
The Fitness Assistant(s) will be required to lift and manipulate various weight and fitness equipment. Must be at least 16 years of age. Experience related to the fitness field highly desired but not required. Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
How will I be compensated?
All instructor positions are part-time, hourly position with no benefits.
Fitness Assistant: $14-14.85 per hour
Selected candidates will be subject to a background check.
