Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Financial Management Lead to provide expert support to our Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) customer, located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be able to provide onsite support with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage day to day operations for the contract.

This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Essential Functions

  • Providing advanced, time-sensitive, and accurate Financial Management support
  • Coordinating, facilitating, and finalizing spend plan requirements
  • Drafting responses to financial, spend plan and budget data calls and audit inquiries
  • Ensuring access to PRISM, FFMS, C-FIT, APFS, electronic files, physical files, legacy systems and other financial systems to research finances, budget, accounting, contracts, invoices, obligations, expenditures, performance, and to generate accurate payment instructions for invoices and IPACs payments
  • Performing financial analysis, financial research, complex financial reconciliations, burn rate analysis, capital planning, OMB business case analysis and investment requirements development for the Exhibit 300
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and verifying modifications for Enterprise Licensing Agreements (ELAs) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against the GSA Advantage Schedule submitted by the vendor for additions, deletions, and price changes
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and centralized internal tracking tools and processes
  • Analyzing current business processes, objectives, and strategies to identify improvement opportunities and assessment impacts, including but not limited to; financial management, budget execution, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost management
  • Developing, facilitating, and conducting trainings on financial management, cost analysis and scheduling tools, techniques, processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
