We are looking for a product manager to drive the successful integration of large-scale, complex Wealth Management Americas (WMA) programs into Group Compliance Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) owned systems, including Transaction Monitoring, Name & Media Screening, Client Risk Rating, Risk Assessment, etc. In your role you will:

We are looking for a product manager to drive the successful integration of large-scale, complex Wealth Management Americas (WMA) programs into Group Compliance Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) owned systems, including Transaction Monitoring, Name & Media Screening, Client Risk Rating, Risk Assessment, etc. In your role you will:
- work closely with the GCRG Overdrive Initiative lead and manage all integration aspects for the Overdrive Program and its impact to the GCRG functions and its systems and processes
- act as the coordinator between the WMA Programs and the GRCG functions impacted by the new WMA products and services
- work closely with the GCRG functions to ensure their regulatory and mandatory requirements are understood and shared with the WMA Program managers
- proactively identify dependencies between the GCRG functions resulting from the WMA Programs, e.g., changes to the data sourcing, testing coordination, etc.
- manage all aspects of a project, including project delivery, PMO, project administration that will include progress reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- report effectively and efficiently program status to various program stakeholders on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
- develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
- ensure risk and issue awareness by proactively identifying and raising risks and issues and driving diligent mitigation and remediation

You’ll be working in the GCRG Change team within the wider GCRG function. We are a global team that drives the change portfolio including e.g., Transaction Monitoring, Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence, Case Management, Client Risk Rating, Risk Assessment, etc. We focus on protecting the capital and reputation of the bank by making sure we become a best-in-class Financial Crime Prevention function.
Overdrive is a WMA program focusing on delivering tailored personal and business banking to U/HNW clients, their families and their privately owned businesses in select industries. Using modern technology married with high-touch service, we will provide top-tier, flexible service that supports clients “when and how they want” (from mobile-first to “white glove” support), as well as the convenience of consolidating relationships to a single institution (“one stop shop” across personal, business and wealth).

Your expertise
- a 4 year college degree or international equivalent
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager in the Financial Services industry
- good understanding of operational processes within the Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention space preferably within the Financial Services industry
- in-depth experience in driving large scale, cross functional implementation projects with multiple stakeholders
- outstanding organizational and motivational skills and the ability to think and act across functions
- relevant certifications in project management and experience with Agile Way of Working
- an excellent written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- a team player able to build relationships and build trust across a global organization, working independently and with various teams
- ability to explain complex processes or technical matters in simple terms to various stakeholders
