Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k – $80k plus 10% bonus

Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will support the FP&A team and will primarily be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate for the Financial Analyst (FP&A) role will have 1 – 4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst (FP&A):

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
• Prepare pricing models in accordance with proposal requirements
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and P&L analysis
• Strategic financial planning including building planning models
• Identity risk and opportunities and work closely with business function leaders

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst (FP&A):

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, works well under pressure, and prides themselves in meeting deadlines
• Strong Excel (Pivot tables and complex formulas)
• Ability to build business partnerships with internal stakeholders and peers

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required
