About the role

As an Finance Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various high level administrative and project support duties requiring a thorough understanding of the department’s operation and relevant firm procedures for Chief, Directors, and other Senior Management. Other key responsibilities include:


  • Coordinating projects, taking ownership for ensuring that project management and other processes are followed, and ensuring the relevant tracking pages and necessary documentation are updated
  • Assisting with special projects as necessary and meeting with the relevant project owners to ensure that project documentation is prepared and published to current department standards
  • Ensuring the department’s administrative processes, including contract review and travel booking are maintained, followed, and monitored; following up with relevant parties as needed
  • Developing relationships and becoming a liaison between immediate supervisor and other office/department supervisors
  • Coordinating meetings, including the distributing of agendas, identifying and following-up of action items, and other administrative tasks

  • Display strong communication skills, both written and oral; the ability to create and provide effective, clear, and regular communications to the team, using various media

And have:


  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience performing complex administrative duties and coordinating projects and initiatives in Professional Services or Project Management related field

Compensation & Benefits
Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
