About Us
We are Ketelsen RV and we are changing the RV customer buying experience. We are looking for an individual who has a strong ability to overcome objections and can focus on the details and want to grow with a progressive company. This must all be done while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a commission position with a base salary.

Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their recreational vehicle and ownership experience.
- Ensure sales are structured and organized for funding.
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
- Saturdays are required due to high volume sales traffic.
Qualifications
- Eagerness to improve and work in a team environment
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proficient at structuring deals.
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
Experience:
- F&I 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- College degree or equivalent (Required)
