File Clerk
Work Location: Oklahoma City OK USA 73131
Duration: 1 Month Contract on W2
Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
Description:
- A file clerk codes, files, and retrieves them and performs light clerical duties as required.
- The file clerk manages all databases and records, creating new entries as needed and answers all questions about the company database, files, and records.
- A file clerk purges all outdated records and logs all files that are removed or checked out of the database or library.
- File clerks may implement new filing systems as directed and may be required to do basic office duties including faxing, photocopying, and filing when requested.
- Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail.
- File correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used.
- Typical years’ experience in field of 1-3 years.
- Typically holds GED or High School Diploma.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oklahoma City, OK: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
