MDVIP is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor who will remotely supervise staff assigned to various physician practices who are transitioning their practice to the MDVIP care model. Conducts ongoing training and coaching sessions to ensure staff is capable and effective in selling the innovative program to physician’s existing patients. Supports staff to effectively respond to questions and day to day situations to ensure established transition metrics are met. This role requires substantial travel by air or land, with overnight stays.

- Implements policies, procedures, programs including training, goal setting, standards, and works to continuously improve processes/procedures. Sets goals specific to each assigned transition.
- Manages day to day employee performance and provides coaching to staff. Performs Evaluation/Observations during periodic onsite transition visits and telephonic monitoring. Identifies and addresses performance issues timely.
- Installs newly hired Universal Agents and Temporary Patient Advocates (PA) following corporate training and assesses capabilities to perform duties. Provides coaching, direction, and feedback. Completes an installation matrix to determine either successful completion, further training needed or recommendation for termination. May support practice transitions during periods of absence, or for other reasons of vacancy.
- Communicates directly with assigned staff regarding assignments, location changes, payroll updates, etc. Ensures staff’s travel logistics are coordinated effectively for non-local assignments.
- Collaborates with hiring team selected for interviewing and hiring selections. Actively participates in conducting interviews, both by phone and in-person, to provide recommendations on hiring selection.
- Performs onsite practice assessments, evaluations, and observations to provide guidance and support where needed.

Education / Experience / Knowledge:
- Qualified individuals must have demonstrated experience supervising a remote or onsite workforce ensuring standards of performance are met.
- Demonstrated capability to train and provide feedback effectively to others, resulting in change.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Must be willing to perform one full transition as part of initial training (16-week commitment). This assignment is not guaranteed to be local.
- Travel is anticipated to be approximately 70%. In periods of high volume, it may exceed this amount.
- Valid Driver’s license with insurable driving record.
