Explore Industries is seeking a Fiberglass Laminator to join our {***Location City, State***} Team.

This team member laminates fiberglass on molds by spraying mold with catalyst and resin using pneumatic spray guns with fiberglass strand chopper attachments; removing the entrapped air and smoothing out the glass and resin mixture to ensure a quality laminated product.

Required Qualifications (We would like our talented associate for this role to have at least these minimum skills & experience)

• Experience working with fiberglass lamination or within a similar industry
• Ability to pass a pulmonary function evaluation
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Flexibility and willingness to cross train within the department and help in other departments
• Experience communicating effectively in a team environment
• Punctuality, dependability, and detailed

Preferred Skills (We?d be excited to hear if you also have the following experience)

• 1 or more years as a laminator or gun operator, or working a field involving gel coating, auto body repair, or similar fiberglass experience
• Knowledge of chemical handling and disposal
• Experience using resin, glass, catalyst, gelcoat, and related materials
