- Clinical locations: Excelsior, Chanhassen, Spring Park, Delano, and Winstead
- Flexible schedule with a 4.5-day workweek + no weekends required
- Work alongside an excellent team and support staff

- Income potential above $300,000 + 32 days of PTO
- Ability to pursue clinical interests to meet community needs

Qualifications
- Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota and must be board-eligible or certified in family medicine
- Medical degree required
