We are seeking a highly motivated leader who will make a difference if the life of others by improving the life of customers through the innovative products offered at Procter & Gamble. In this role you will provide Engineering leadership and support to Procter and Gamble (P&G) site via technical mastery and site-specific coaching. This role is key to keeping P&G as the top producer of consumer goods in the world. The successful individual will be flexible with their working capability to meet P&G expectations, lead various action plan focus items, and implement innovative programs.
We are looking for an administrative assistant for the Family Care Go-to-Market and Global Innovation Leaders and organizations. This role will provide administrative support for 2 Vice Presidents & the Go-to-Market & Global Innovation Lead Teams in our Family Care Product Supply Organization.
You will act as an active and influential internal business coordinator for significant organizational leaders, ensuring that leaders are available and prioritize business needs, and creating capacity for the Leaders and Leadership Teams. You will support the business by proactively leading projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.
As the Family Care GTM & GI Administrative Assistant, you will provide:
- Administrative support: heavy calendar management, travel coordination, and Amex expensing & reconciliation for 3 VPs and their associated Leadership Teams
- Budget management: own Organization’s budget tracking & forecasts
- Broader Organization Administrative Support: Organization ion & org. chart management, PO creation support, share announcements, seating chart management, administrative ordering for the Organization such as office supplies (Coupa), Organization large meeting logistics & technical support
- Schedule and manage logistics of Leadership Team meetings & Offsites: key contributor to planning & execution of meetings - catering, room reservations, travel coordination (when applicable), meeting set-up & logistics, any event logistics
- Culture Team Membership: active member on Global Innovation culture team to enable various Culture initiatives / activities. Participate on sub teams as needed
Qualifications
- Agility: Able to refocus and reprioritize as situations change, manage leaders’ schedule conflicts and priorities pro-actively, alert manager/team to urgent issues, decisions and actions needed
- Operates with Discipline: Work on highest priorities, foresight to anticipate work, and set priorities as needed, , ability to handle multiple activities
- Organization skills: high attention to detail, accuracy, time management, communication (written & verbal, all levels), and collaboration
- Technology Skills: The primary focus of this role is administrative. It is expected that this individual will be proficient in all MS office-related products, meeting management in Microsoft Teams/WebEx, Slido, Technical meeting support, FCM, Coupa, Concur. Superior office management and technical skills required and must be willing to learn new systems and new approaches to doing things to enhance efficiency.
- Building networks & Organizational Awareness: Your key to success will be your ability to build a network and capabilities to execute diversified administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of the Organization, policies practices, and Company systems

Competitive salary and benefits package.
Starting Salary: $61,500 – $85,300
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
